Stress Reduction, Coaching and Training Programs
There are many reasons why a person might experience stress such as grief, physical or mental illness, work, finances, relationships, life stages and so on; however, a critical factor in how we cope with all of these stressors is in how we interpret and perceive them. Stress is often the result of the individual believing that he/she does not have the abilities to handle the stressor given his or her perception of it. It is critical to learn how to reduce one’s stress, as stress is often the precursor to many illnesses including mental illness, cancer, arthritis and heart disease.
