Corporate Health Management Program
The Corporate Health Management Program welcomes both individual clients and the employees of corporate clients. Our customizable program can suit even the most demanding schedule and we work with each client individually to make visits as comfortable and convenient as possible.
The Affinity Health Corporate Health Management Program is designed to supplement your regular physician visits, not to replace them. What makes our program unique is its emphasis on personalized attention and on early disease detection and prevention. Our physicians will take the time to review your personal and family medical history and design a series of health screenings and a health action plan that will work for you. Each client is assigned a primary executive health physician to guide him or her through the screening tests and results reporting. Our doctors are working to meet your short-term medical needs, but also to improve your long-term health.
Affinity Health will manage all medical and preventive health needs of the Executive on behalf of the corporation. Since our model is limited to 300 clients, the service is personal and highly individualized. Clients are free to continue using their own family physician however most transfer their files to Dr. Knipping who becomes their primary care physician.
Following a needs assessment, Affinity Health’s management team establishes a collaborative professional relationship with the Executive focused on managing his/her health priorities over the course of a year. The Executive has access to Dr. Knipping through phone or e-mail so that intercurrent health problems can be efficiently managed.
